Vestral the Mad

A great Emerald Dragon, Vestral was always fascinated with Chronakarah and her ability have seen all of time from beginning to end. Vestral dedicated his life to exploring the mysteries of the Void with his psionic powers and working powerful magics to recreate Chronakarahs great gift. To his regret he succeeded. Seeing into time itself he was driven mad by the truth held within. With this revelation he also transcended the mortal plane and now resides beneath the great Library. Many seek out Vestral to understand the Truth of the Universe, or to understand great Arcane works. If any survive the encounter, they are never sure if they have gained any knowledge from the mad draconic deity or just insanity. Vestral has many cult followings among psionics as well as many arcane practitioners.

Divine Domains

Here the chaotic energies of the timeless realm seem to center, those who can brave the maddening maze can meet Vestral in all his insane glory. It is said those who seek the purest of truths find their way here in the afterlife to test themselves before the great dragons domain.
