A veteran of the war of the 4 gods, having served for over 20 years in the 2nd Abenland Spehr regiment (joined at 16). Having lost his right handduring the last months of the war, he returned home with a pension and small lands title after having served admirably and faithfully. He was given a house and headman position in Klosterben.
Though at first unwilling to take leadership over a village of which he knew next to nothing, his stern but fair demeanor, experience and worldly knowledge quickly made him a well seen face with the villagers. And after a few years he was no longer a stranger, but a trustworthy fellow village member, willing to listen to advice and always helping wherever he could. Security increased drastically thanks to his military knowledge, keeping away many a creature and bandit.
He is somewhat wary of strangers, but respects skilled martial combatants. He is however quite stumped by the current situation and does not know how to solve it or protect his people.
