Violet Creeper

The violet creeper is a common underground fungus that grows on walls and ceilings in places where there is enough moisture en remains, from which it gets its nutrients. When it has absorbed enough nutrients, it exudes a soft violet glow that also carries very small spores hidden in it which allow it to creep even further.

It can be used to make what is called a garbage lantern. A small biotope is created and a small fraction of violet creeper is introduced. The biotope is then encapsuled in a metal casing and equipped with a shutter mechanism to lower the sides. Though not the bright, it will give of a constant soft violet glow of 5ft.



Other than that, it can be mixed with a decent amount of pepper, some oil and a healing potion to make a Violet mouth. A potion which colors the breath and mouth of the user violet for a short time.
