History
The lumber games originated in southern Talung, in Kastula peninsula. There, when communities were still tribes, there are celebrations involving lumber. With time, although the settlements had grew and became large cities, the games were not forgotten and are practiced until today, specially in the region of Mansiria.
Execution
The games are a celebration with food and drink. During the festival, the following games are played:
- Log rolling
- Log toss
- Log carrying
- Firewood Chopping
- Log carving
Components and tools
Basically, axes and logs!
Observance
It happens usually every year, in the beggining of the Winter or end of Fall.
