Atma Dinat (city of killers), is a considerably big town located in the western outskirts of Reiat desert. It is mainly known for the big concentration of criminals and the high index of violence. It is the base of The Left Hand and several other smaller criminal organizations.

Demographics

The population is composed mainly by Emish'ali people (around 66%), followed by Yab'ali(around 14%). The rest is for minor ethnicities from the region(around 12%) and from the rest of the world (around 8%).

Government

The city is ruled by The Left Hand, the bigest organization of assassins in Melung.

Defences

The city has decent walls, which maintenance is kept by the smaller factions and specially by the Masons Guild. Each part of the wall is responsibility of one or two factions, that will suffer the consequences if anything breaks in the city.
The reputation of Qata Dinat also plays a role in its defense, since it's known that the city is a very violent place.

Industry & Trade

The main source of money in the city is the trade, mostly contraband. All kinds of products can be found there, such as weapons, potions, poisons and fake titles.
Also, there are many activities that may be illegal in some places, such as hired assassins, falsification makers and certain kinds of research on science and magic.

Guilds and Factions

The most powerful organization is The Left Hand, the assassin's guild that rules the city. Other relevant factions are the Dream Makers, who sell and fabricate narcotics; the Iron Nails, who smuggle weapons; and the Shadow Casters, who research forbidden magic. Many other small groups are also present, and fight to rule what the bigger factions don't care about.
It's also said that The Silver Eye has some people there.
