Ouro - The Bright Watcher

This deity appears as a bright light in the sky that pierces the clouds. It watches over all living creatures as a protector of kind hearted as if it loves all. It believes that all creatures can be redeemed if they fall off the right path. All creatures will be loved by the Bright Watcher, but It and his followers will strike down evil wherever it may live.
Its followers believe that all creatures should be loved and evil should be struck down. They also believe that creatures can also be redeemed if given the chance.
However, there have been some rumors that some followers have been believed to follow a more cruel and less merciful path. Not much is known of how and why yet.
Edicts  destroy those who threaten innocent lives, protect your allies, provide aid to the sick and wounded, seek and allow redemption
Anathema  create undead, lie with malicious intent, deny a repentant creature an opportunity for redemption, fail to strike down evil
