She is a being of sheer passion. Whether it be lust, ambition, or sheer joy. She believes the most powerful tool is the ability to love something enough that it creates motivation. She continuously supports the desires of any creature, especially her followers. Tell them to allow push to make your dream become a reality. Because that passion creates the drive to push higher and higher. Which makes her full of so much joy. Passion pushes the limits of the universe, and she has the passion to see how far mortals can push. Even if sometimes, that passion and desire is malevolent.
Her followers usually don't spread the belief unless they are well known enough to spread her word by popularity and fans. Otherwise she willing herself to people down on their luck to support them and push them towards their goals. Not many people know who are followers and who aren't.
