Eons ago, Aevitâs was free, which caused time to flow awkwardly and disjointed. The gods threw him into the feywilds, cutting the realm off from the rest of time. Here, his only job is to maintain the tree of time, Runestokkr. He prunes branches that are contaminated or dead in order to make room for important branches. He understands why he's there, but of course he still hates it.
