Arstus the Jester

Arstus the Jester is the Chaotic Neutral representative of The Nine. It was Arstus that rescued Drogar the Conquerer from the Goblinkin army. He had been following the battles, picking through the remains for loot when he saw Drogar's capture. He followed the Goblinkin army and was able to free Drogar from capture.
