Midnight gang

The Midnight gang operates between Gentle Nelli’s and the Shrine of Hannan, the other gangs know not to trifle with their territory. The gang take its name from the cliffs of Champion district that shed the area in darkness twenty four hours of the day.
It’s almost impossible to tell who is part of the gang and who is just a regular citizen. They wear non-discriminating clothes and work normal jobs from what others have said. Those seeking their services are told to speak to Blind Gentle Nelli, once the name is spoken and payment is made the persons name that was spoken is guaranteed to meet their maker.
