The Restless Rise Mountains

This mountain chain takes its name from the consent fighting that takes places on its slopes and in its caves. Two Factions struggle for dominance of the mountain. The Orc tribes of the Hargu Realm and the Dwavern Battle Hammer Clan. For century's the two factions have been killing each other. Recently the orc tribes of Hargu launched a full scale assault on the stronghold of the battlehammer clan. It is also rumored that deep, deep below the mountain rest a ancient dragon guarding a rare and large treasure.

Geography

This mountain chain is quite large and long including over fifty mountains exceeding 23,600 ft in elevation. There are pockets of small valleys that settlements have been established in.

Fauna & Flora

In the Outer Restless region the forested lower slopes is the home for animals like rhinoceroses, bison, and Elephants. While in the foothills animals like red panda, brown bear, snow leopard, black bear, and languor monkey are found. Hargu yak are another animal, which is found in areas above 10,000 ft

Natural Resources

It is said that a great body of treasure is buried deep with in the mountains. Besides that gold, silver and iron veins are common here.
