Overview

The thunder skulls are a secretive lot operating out of the basement of Trapmaker's Guildhall. The gang is not concerned with expanding or claiming territory within the district. However they do concern themselves with those that speak ill of the gang, usually those who do are found dead, face down in an ally with a zig-zag dagger in their back.
