Wayhill Library

The library is located near the center of the city. It is a 3 story building that is made of worked stone and precious metals. It is adorned with windows. It was not only designed for it's purpose but also is one of the few buildings that considered aesthetics when it was being designed and constructed. While the library is open to the public for a small fee, non-residents are watch closely and the restricted section is especially secure and observed.
