Population: Approximately 1800; mostly human, some elf. Government: Eolmor is governed by a court of aristocrats, who are secretly backed by a sphinx named Namhazzi.
Notable Places:

• The Old Squirrel: A shabby elven inn, built within what was once a sailing ship.
• The Gallows Tree: A long-dead ironwood tree, said to be haunted by the ghosts of the thieves and murderers which once hung from it.
