Neveh (Nuh-vay)
Population: Approximately 3700; mostly elf, some nymph.
Government: Neveh is governed by an order of knights and warriors, led by a female elf named Abil.
Notable Places:
Located at the mouth of the lake, crossing over the river headed towards the mountains. This district is exactly what its name sounds like. There are many shops found in and on the biggest bridge in the city.
Rosesword Borough
This district is very elegantly carved and designed. Far less practical than some of the others, but much more stunning. The entire district is like a work of art, with depictions of flowing water and rolling hills. This is where many of the residents call home.
Notable Places:
Located lower down and on the lake, this district is filled with fishermen and sailors. While the lake doesn’t connect out to sea, it is fairly large and sailors transport crops and supplies to and from the small farm villages on the opposite side of the lake where it is more grassy plains than mountain.
Notable Places:
Mostly filled with adventurers and mercenaries, this district is well maintained and practically made. Stone steps are carved into the mountain, weaving back and forth to different levels of the district.

- Ninduk's Anvil: A cluttered blacksmith's workshop, built within the walls of an old iron tower.

- The Broken Blade: An elegant commoner's tavern, known for the fire elemental which dwells in its hearth.
- Ninli's Clocks: The workshop of a female elf clockmaker named Ninli, who leads both the Clockmakers and Trapwrights Guilds.

- The Shrine of Antum: A stone statue of Antum, Lady of the Earth, said to reveal visions to those who leave an offering.

- The Guildhall: A large stone-walled building, once an aristocrat's manor. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local merchant guilds.
