Kios Margas, Sometimes referred to as "The Wrangler", Is a human man that owns and operates Kios' Arena, In Tartarus. Having been in the underworld for 500+ years, Kios decided to have a use for all of the roaming animals around the area, So he got a few hundred people to convince Lord Hades to help construct a large arena.
