Trista "The Chaos Madan" Bjorklund
Trista Bjorklund is an infamous criminal motivated by malevolent piety for the beasts of Chaos the Nigki. As a child, Trista was raised in a deeply devote house of followers of Awekiatism she knew the stories and myths like the back of her hand. as she grew older she felt like the people of Asmatum were more special than her faith gave them credit for. she felt strongly as if the people were somehow incomplete or not whole and that they were substandard to how they should be.
she became fascinated in her early teen by the stories of the Nigki there might and power they wielded to keep Arbutu's balance in check. Her fascination led her to find old stories and manuscripts of the Da'amu which Resonated with her on a deep level. As she entered adulthood she traveled the land to find every piece of Da'amu text internalizing all of them and following their tenants. She did not want to make the same mistake as Venzer Keytor and be punished by the god in a tainting of the people during re-ascension.
She set out to figure out how living things worked and ticked, she dissected and pulled apart hundreds of animals with her magic. She would mutilate the bodies as she worked on them taking care to keep the animals alive while she worked. After a time she felt she had a good grasp of how animals functioned and the inner workings of their body but she only knew the exterior mechanisms of life. She needed verbal communication about how the experiments affected the subject and moved on from animals to human subjects. This led to a two-decade manhunt that left thousands of people dead mutilated and in piles of unidentifiable mush.
Finally, she was caught in 3256 while attempting a mass ascension on a large group of captives. She was subdued by a group of assassins who were contracted to bring Trisa in alive to be tried in court. They hit her with tranquilizer darts and brought her in for trial. with which she was sentenced to a lifetime of solitude and torture in Ukinnu Prison for the Magically Adept and Criminally Insane.
