Goddess of Souls and Peace

Dakhelia rules over the plane of Lathos with the aid of her Oblivionguard. She exists to protect the souls that reside within. As a god, she is one of the few that actually has seen the landscape of the plane. She is a member of the group of gods often referred to as The Eight, being her parents and siblings. Since she is of that group, the country of Dakha is named on her behalf.
