Role in Pantheon: Ùine, the god of Time is said to know all of things that have been, that are, and all that can be. He is the record keeper and is brothers with Ceartas. The two brothers work well together with Ùine knowing the truth, while Ceartas deals out justice, after learning the truth.
Ùine offers a boon to his followers by slowing down time for that person, allowing them to have faster reaction times/have more time to react to a situation, making followers seem more agile.
Role in mortal world: Mortals who see Ùine as their patron god find themselves to be naturally more dexterous.
