Faewild

The Faewild is the home of the Fae and is an alternate plane of existence that vaguely mimics the material plane. On this plane magic is a lot more prominent and takes on a larger role than logic and critical thinking. Some people have reported going mad from the environment, however that could also be due to the trick and the pranks of the native Fae who like nothing more than to "play" with mortals that enter their domain. The Faewild is said to be a favourite place of the goddess Brigedda   The Faewild is ruled by six fae courts, each court is ruled by an Arch-Fae. The courts are The Court of Spring, The Court of Summer, The Court of Autumn, The Court of Winter, The Court of the Day and The Court of the Night Each court is said to have given rise to a race of elves, however that may not be strictly true. The Court of Spring, is said to have given rise to the Wood Elves The Court of Summer, is said to have given rise to the High Elves  The Court of Autumn, is said to have given rise to the Yosei The Court of the Day, is said to have given rise to the Sun Elves And Finaly The Court of the Night, is said to have given rise to the Drow Other Arch-Fae exist, however those that rule over the fae courts are the most powerful.
