Personal history
St Camrynne always had an affiliation with the forest. Ever since being born in the forest from two parents that were heading between towns to deliver her. Living in a small town, Camrynne loved to venture out into the woods to play and explore. This grew into her trade as she trained and became a ranger, learning to master the bow. She gained an animal companion in the form of a giant sloth. He wasn't the fastest of companions, but was loving and loyal to a fault and would die for her, which ended up happening on one of the pair's adventures when a band of orcs were destroying a section of forest to harvest wood to make siege weapons.
Camrynne vowed to protect the forest and decided to set up a camp along a road to stay in the forest and keep watch. This camp grew into a permanent settlement which grew into the town of St Camrynnes. In the town, Camrynne would help any travelers that needed aid or respite from traveling, she preached the importance of keeping balance with nature and even made good friends with some of the local dryads.
After her passing, she is still said to roam the forest she protected as a spirit, taking on different forms when interacting with the living. Sometimes she appears as she did as a child, sometimes in her ranger garb, and sometimes as she did in later life. There has even been reports of spectral sloths roaming the forest at night.
