The Council of Crowns

The Council of Crowns was established in Jeyton City 1093AG, when the first King of Malnax was crowned. Formed to keep an eye on the discussions within Hammerforge Palace and the current ruler of Malnax.

The Crowns of Tortun is an artifact that created skeletons. The Undead do the orders of the four heads of the council who each have a crown, melded of the metal put in a volcanic flame.
