College of Artisans

The College of Artisans is a tradeschool dedicated to training and licensing citizens as professionals in various functions that the King has deemed essential to society. The Headmaster works with the Guild Council to set quotas for each profession and ensure that the school licenses enough citizens for each profession to meet the city's needs.
