Hekaton Peaks

The rugged mountain range occupies a great deal of the territory known as Vindr. Named for the storm giant king to first settle the region, the Hekaton Peaks reach skyward in a jagged assortment of steep mountaintops. The tallest peak among the mountain chain is known as Mt. Atlas and exists as the backdrop to the storm giant city of Maelifdar.
It is said that beneath the surface of the mountains, a massive network of caverns and tunnels exist, supporting entire subterranean civilizations and acting as a connection to the deadly Underdark. Legends tell of one particular system of tunnels and passageways that actually spans the Chilling Sea and connects the Hekaton Peaks with the Blasted Lands of Eldamir.
