Selenor
The Free City of Selenor is one of the oldest metropoli in all of Eldamir. As the great Elven Diaspora occurred during the earliest years of men, Selenor was settled by those fey folk that chose not to venture all of the way to the Gwyndyr Forest. The city is located at the southern end of Crater Lake, where it connects with the Tywyll River. It spans both banks of the waterway, encompassing a number of small islands and canals.
Selenor, along with the cities of Banya and Nogaakaz’ad, collectively comprise the Triarchy. These three settlements, often referred to as the Free Cities, exist as independent merchant republics that stand separate from any of the more dominant or expansive political organizations in the region. Selenor is the wealthiest and seemingly most powerful of the Free Cities.
