The El Arae Frio comes up with the idea of creating Eir and the mortal races.
Frio decided that the El Arae have a purpose and convinces Adon and Oria (his future wife) to help him plan this new realm. The building plans are made with celestial gems. He insisted the help of Oria and Frio for this as he was a builder, not a planner.
