The plans of Eir are presented to the rest of the El Arae.
After much consideration Frio, Adon and Oria present their plans to the El Arae about half of which agree that is it a good idea and give their ideas to the plans to help create it, while the rest refuse and are said to have stormed out after believing that giving up their power was an idiotic idea.
