Drow

Drow are dark elves that are the remnant of an ancient elf society that suffered a cataclysmic event that resulted in the destruction of that society and the splintering of the elves into different sub races. While the wild elves and the high elves prospered and dark elves went underground and now consist of a single massive underground city called Oggrund. The drow are slow to trust outsiders and allow very few non-drow entrance to Oggrund and only under strict vows of secrecy that involves a magical ritual.
