The Quatarn Nomads

Nomadic tribes roaming the Great Quatarn Desert to the south, Quatarn warriors are forced by the harsh conditions of the region to travel north to raid and trade with the empire and theocracy. While primarily nomadic the nation does have a capital city, Quetimar where king Nishtuk rules. The tribes are made up of mostly Orc and Human as well as Tiefling.
