Luskan

Luskan, also known as the City of Sails, is a port city at the mouth of the River Mirar at the Whispering Lake. Luskan is considered by many to be civilization's farthest reach and is located at the foot of the Icy Peaks. Although once a bustling city, the city would suffer greatly at the hands of the Arcane Brotherhood, who exploited the city from the shadows and almost drove Luskan into ruin.
After the Arcane Brotherhood were driven out of the City its rebuild and healing would begin. But the scars were deep and rumors go around that the Brotherhood still lurks in the shadow waiting to take the city back.
