Telcera is a tremendously wealthy nation in West Essairoth. It holds the only human colony in Kabarran and controls all important trade and resources coming out of Kabarran.  Its population is made up of mostly humans with a large minority population of halflings. The country's natural resources and wealth, combined with its mercantile nature led Telcera to become one of the most important and influential trading centers throughout West Essairoth. The crowning jewel of this powerful state is the capital city of Westwend, founded in 2347 EM.
The Kingdom has become more wary of outsiders and more focused on itself after a foiled attempt of a powerful necromancer to take over the crown with the help of Orcus.
