the item is enchanted to both detect blood-lust directed at the user, and conseal the users own blood-lust. when attuned to it gives the wearer advantage on wisdom saveing throws to avoid the frightened condition. when attuned to it gives a +1 to spell attack and spell save dc to the wielder

Mechanics & Inner Workings

the adamantine absorbes some of the users mana or qi over time which flows into the blue quartz gemstone and then the bloodstones that are embedded in the anklet. when both the blue quartz gemstones and the bloodstones are powered they can detect any blood-lust that is directed at the user. when the bloodstones are powered they help to cover up any blood-lust that the user is feeling towards a target. this gives the user advantage on stealth checks. due to being made using adamantine it is immune to any effect related to seawater.

they where made by zegrath in the year 743 ADR to help him go undetected.
