must be attuned to you learn to speak, read and write the celestial language. the first shield can be used to cast the shield spell 5 times a day this ability recharges at dawn. you gain the ability to cast compelled duel 3 times a day, this ability recharges at dawn. if this is used by a non spell caster then the DC is 18 other wise it matches the wielder
