Estea here be furries

A personal setting based around my fursona OC, Elnos Lavenwine. The character bios and worldbuilding here are not currently related to any written projects I have plans to create, and are more for personal fun "fucking around" than anything else.   Estea is a low-magic fantasy setting inhabited by anthropomorphic animal creatures in the place of humans. The anthro-people of this world have a society generally similar to our own with cultures that parallel those present in our world. Historical events and figures aren't one-to-one, but the physical laws, natural phenomenon, weather, geography, and similar aspects of the world are. Elnos lives in a place similar to Western Europe, for example, but there is no London or Big Ben to be found. The stories set in this world take place in a variety of historical eras, ranging from ancient prehistory, modern day, and all the way into the far future. The technology and industrial development of a given era can vary wildly between time periods.   Estea is a setting that will serve as a background to stories typically intended for a teen to adult audience. While the stories and characters in general can be read and enjoyed by just about anyone, there are adult themes present in many that are better fitted for a mature audience. Content warnings will be provided as possible on specific stories and prose articles, but a general wide-scale list of themes this setting explores are listed below-   Major Setting Content Warnings: Classism, speciesism, generational trauma, cycles of abuse/violence, abuse of power (interpersonal and systematic), violence/abuse from governmental power/law enforcement, warfare, eugenics, restrictions/control of reproductive rights/behaviors, queerphobia, gender-based violence, bioessentialism, and depictions of mental illness/trauma.
