Cathu
The great city on the shores of a lake, Cathu is the capital of the Empire of Vaughn and its shining jewel. This has been the ancestral home of humanity for centuries and houses many of the empire's top companies and government groups. The home of the crown and Vaughn's White Rose Order, this is the heart of the empire in every way.
Demographics
Mostly Human, but the city draws in groups of many different races. As for wealth disparity, the city has a mostly middle class populous but there is a significant group of poor people.
