President Dmitri Rakovich Volkov

Dmitri Volkov is the President of the Svanur Commonwealth. Volkov was the Minister of War in the State of Svanur, but saw the suffering of the general populace struggled under during his years in the position. He would secretly lead a rebellion against his own government, starting a civil war which would last 10 long bloody years.
After the war, he would be elected as the first President of the new Commonwealth, a life time position. He has focused on improving the lives of the people who live within his country, but has struggled against a parliament half-full of MP's who seek only to represent the rich in society.
