Freshwater Harbour
The dock city of Freshwater Harbour acts as the Empire of Vaugn's direct access to Urakai Reef and the southern seas of Tir Newydd. One of the only tropical cities in the empire, it also acts as a holiday destination for those lucky enough to have the money to travel. This is also the base for the Empire's navy and a major shipbuilding yard.
