Norour
Norour is the most northerly settlement in Estellia, on the very tip of the Iá Wastes. With ruins from the first age embedded in the ice here, it has become a research outpost for many historians and mages from across the continent. Beyond this it is also a lucrative fishing village, bringing in large rare arctic fish.
