Making Higher Level Characters
Most games you will start at level 1, but occasionally, you will need to start a higher level character either because the DM wants you to be higher, or you lost a character and need a new one. The steps to making a new character that is higher than level 1 are much the same as normal. You roll your ability points, choose a race, and assign your scores. Then you begin the task of spending your APPL. The first level, you gain your max amount of HP, every level after that you must roll to see how much you get. Starting money and equipment is where things start to change. Below is a chart of how much money you should start for the level of character you are creating. The items you are able to purchase with this money will be determined by your DM.
