Tundra Boar
Tunda Boars are large, fluffy pigs that look a bit like a mini-wooly mammoth. In the wild they can be quite dangerous, but there are several domesticated types used across southern and central Koljorn. They are covered in wooly fur that is usually brown, tan or white and have tusks that allow them to break up packed snow and ice and reach the vegetation beneath.
Domestication
Several varieties of domesticated Tunda Boars exist across Koljorn, and they have many uses and purposes making them an essential part of life in the north. Adults being about the size of a cow, they are often used as steeds and pack animals. They provide immense amounts of meat (and yes, bacon!), and their wooly fur and skin make great rugs and insulation on tents.
