Dual Wielding by Ra'astan Bollas

Greetings, this one welcomes you and your curiosity to this advanced type of combat style. It in its base style can take a great many years to master and few make this journey to its end.
Dual wielding is a skill that is quite self explanatory, if you require me to explain it to you then perhaps this isn't the book for you, I am sure you can find some books around that have quite a few more pictures than words to keep you entertained.
Now if you are still paying attention, then good for you, it is the ability to use two smaller weapons in combat at the same time, of course you can't dual wield bows, crossbows, long swords or things like that thou many have tried, some even with some limited success they usually end up dead and remembered only as learning tools as to what not to do.   Now if you are distracted, not comfortable or not dedicated to the task at hand, then myself and this text can wait, dual wielding it a skill that requires much practice and concentration, one slip can put a end to a cats life, or as another Khajiit once wrote.
"Life is short. If you have not made love recently, please, put down this book, and take care of that with all haste. Find a wanton lass or a frisky lad, or several, in whatever combination your wise loins direct, and do not under any circumstances play hard to get."
Life is indeed short, much shorter in fact than you may want if you simple plan to wave around two daggers and hope to find some easy way to look good.
The first part is realizing what dual daggers can't do, you are not going to be blocking with them, your not going to get thru heavy armor, nor are you going to be doing heavy hits with them. They are for quick strikes at your enemies weak points, they are for the strike from the darkness, they are for when you fall on your prey at a time when they are distracted. They are not for a delicate dance of blades or anything of the like and you must embrace that, if heavy hitting is more your style put this book down and go pick up an axe. I'm sure the dwarves have something to say about then and if you can find a dwarven tome on the topic that isn't stained too badly with drink of some kind you might learn something or at the very least learn interesting ways to use your vocabulary.
The second part is keeping track and focus on both blades in combat, while still focusing on your opponent. It is about realizing that your mind knows where your hands are and therefore knows where the blades are and you need to stop thinking about this.................ect.
Dual wielding is limited to the Assassin and Thief class and maybe the ranger if you can justify the hell outa it.
Dual wielding is an advanced weapon skill that requires you to have mastered your weapon of choice already.
Must have max ranks in weapon of choice.
Dual wielding skill must be bought for each weapon type to be dual wielded
Ability to fight with two knives/daggers: 10 points to buy, then 5 per rank
Ability to fight with two Small axe’s: 12 points to buy, then 6 per rank
Ability to fight with two small swords: 15 points to buy, then 10 per rank
For custom weapons ask the GM.
No you can’t dual wield large weapons
  First attack is rolled normal
Second attack is at a -5 OCV
Each Dual wield rank reduces the OCV penalty by 1 with a max of 5 ranks.
If doing a sneak attack only the first attack gets the bonus.
  Cannot dual wield thrown weapons.
