Goliath
Goliath's roam the vast mountainous areas to the north and were mostly unknown by the south due to the war that separated them from the north for so many years.
The mountainous area to the north are mostly jagged rock but with a quite wide variety of trees and plant life on the lower parts, winding narrow paths crisscross the entire lower parts of the mountains showing the travel paths of the Goliath tribes that inhabit the area.

Naming Traditions
Other names
Goliath's generally have four names. The first being their personal name, the second being their mothers name, the third being their fathers name and the fourth being the mountain they were born on. generally you have to be extremely good friends with a Goliath's to learn their full name.
Culture
Major language groups and dialects
Goliath's have a guttural language they speak to each other that is rarely spoken outside their own ranks. Which stands in contrast to the often beautiful written/drawn version of their language.
Culture and cultural heritage
Goliath's share history mainly verbal, and it is generally taught to Goliath children in front of the ancestor skulls. The skulls of the dead are kept in sacred places and the verbal history of the Goliath's is passed on in front of them, nothing is more sacred in Goliath culture and to lie in front of the ancestor skulls is the ultimate taboo.
Common Dress code
A dress code of furs and leather straps Conan style is all the rage within Goliath tribes.
Coming of Age Rites
Ritualistic tattooing of the testicles is common among many tribes. The larger and more intricate the tattoo the more strength and virility it is supposed to give the wearer.
Funerary and Memorial customs
The dead are carried by their tribe to the tops of mountains and covered in rock piles so they become part of the mountain.
The Goliath's believe that when the first Goliath died and his body was lain to rest and covered in stones there were no mountains. Over the many years as others died and were laid to rest next to him the mountains slowly grew, and what you see today are literally monuments for/made of, the dead.
