Mages Guild

The Mages Guild is a guild dedicated to the collection, experimentation, and collation of magical knowledge and items with an emphasis on ensuring that magic is used properly thru out the land.
In reality most people think they are a bunch or crazies who are going to bring about the end of the world thru their meddling with things they should leave alone.
Members of the Guild receive many benefits, including training and education. The Guild has a few smaller branch buildings in some of the larger cities and towns but the main guild hall is in the capital Asmaron. The guild is lead by an Arch-Mage who no one has seen for more than an age.
