The highest-ranking non-royal nobility of the courts, answering to the Royal line themselves. The Duke or Duchess is the holder of both a Duchy and a Dukedom, and is the sovereign ruler of this territory and the superior of all Counts within their region.

• Crown Style: Silver & Gold circlet with blue jewel accents, ornamentation, and two arching pillars. May be engraved or acid-etched.
• Authority extends down to those operating within their regional territory of lower noble rank.
• Hereditary: Lands may pass to a single-blooded heir. Unlanded claims are passed to heirs.
