Scaletop

Scaletop is a skin condition that only affects Races that can have scales. Individuals affected by Scaletop have their scales appear small yet abundant, spaced evenly across their body, making them resemble freckles. In some rare cases, Scaletop can also affect an individual's teeth and nails/claws; in these cases, both grow at a notable speed and have to be regularly filed down at least once a month.
