Nima has one major city, Port Ozido. It consists of dozens of merchant booths and is filled with any and all races. There is a mayor who supposedly governs the port. While the mayor tends to hold the peace within Port Ozido, it is well known to be frequented by pirates, smugglers, and assassins. Be sure to watch your pockets and good luck keeping your belongings. The biggest thing that keeps Port Ozido running however is the rare and unique items that can be found within the merchant booths. If you are looking for something no one else has, this is where you would find it.
Other than Port Ozido, Nima has one other city that is well known. Xidale is a small village of Tabaxi warriors. Their village is composed mainly of broken buildings, built around a huge statue of Kelemvor, god of the dead, and Lathander, god of birth and renewal. Many scholars believe that before the Floating Islands fall this statue stood in the Throne room of it's Capital. It attracts many archaeologists and scholars, however, the Tabaxi tribe is quick to run off those they deem unworthy. Other than these two cities Nima is mainly a wasteland filled with nomadic tribes.

History

Pre 9734:

Historical Event
In the past, Nima was well known for a massive floating archipelago. Rumors surrounding the islands claimed that it was a haven for angels to rest and rejuvenate. These stories accumulated from tales of how bright the tops of the islands glowed, shedding more light than the sun itself. When the Archipelagos crashed from the sky in 9734, there was a flood of treasure hunters, archeologists, and historians vying for passage into Nima. Many of these adventurers would end up losing their lives to the harsh environment or the indigenous folk who lived in Nima. Those even less lucky would be kidnapped and sold in the underground markets.
