Firbolg

With close ties to the nature and a shadowy past that is somehow connected with the fey wild, Firbolg are a peaceful and secluded race, living only in the deepest of forests. While they sometimes live alongside the elves, they prefer the company of animals to other mortals. Firbolgs know they have to be careful walking openly through certain human settlements. Anyone who has found themselves the victim of a faerie prank or had a child go missing in the woods and never return are quick to blame a person who looks like what happens when a faerie curses a human to look like a cow. Superstition and mistrust are expected from the humans and, to a Firbolg, are just a part of life on Etharis.
