Valikan

the Valikan people are a split society with deep roots in primordial magic. they are accustomed to the cold as they live in the most northern part of Etharis. While the province of Kandar tries to cooperate with southern societies the province of Thrull endulges in a culture of raiding and blood magic.
Valikans are easily recognisable as they are the tallest people in all of Etharis. most of them have a lighter haircolor (often blonde) and blue eyes. while most people are humans, goliaths are deeply integrated into their society too. in the province of Thrull Genasi are hunted and prosecuted for the crimes and oppression of their ancestors but in Kadar some refugees are accepted as they spread over Etharis.
