The Weeping Pox and the travel to Fallowheart

As the Red Swan fell ill with the Weeping Pox, Renfield and Krassius made their way to Fallowheart to get a working cure to prevent his death.

As the Red Swan got infected with an illness even deadly to vampires, the Weeping Pox, the party went to travel to the garrison-town Fallowheart. Here was the Ostoyan branch of a group called the Morbus Doctore, the only known creators of a cure for this plague.   With the arrival in town they found a doctor dressed in white, told them the situation they were in and they were given the offer to pay 50.000gp for the cure of their vampire-lord.   As the party was not satisfied with this offer, feeling that it was to expensive, they wanted to try their luck directly at the headquarters again. Disguised with an Illusion spell, Renfield tried to bargain a better deal. A doctor offered him a fake-cure for 20.000 gp and Renfield paid. As Renfield is not the most morally correct person, he tried to take his money back immediately applying violence. This escalated into a battle between the party and the local Morbus Doctore-members.   Some time later Renfield woke up, bound to a bed, finding the doctor in white before him. He was told Krassius was in another room and it was revealed, that the doctor in white was another version of Renfield which originally exists in the universe of Etharis.   after a lot of questioning and sleep-spellcasting, Renfield and Renfield were not really fond of each other. But because Renfield provided Dr. Renfield with information for his multiverse-studies, he and Krassius were set free with a working cure to save the Red Swan.   As they arrived at the manor again, they gave the Red Swan the cure. A painful night full of screaming ensued, but the Vampire lord was healed the next day.   Helping and saving his master from certain death, Renfield was offered his promotion to become a vampire like the Red Swan himself.
