Establishing of a new base

Alucard establishes Lunsk as his new base of operations and takes Lunsk manor as his new home.

After the battle was won, Alucards troops spread the news with the populus, that Lunsk is now under his management.   In the span of two weeks his servants brought the remains of Alucards property from his old manor and set up the new base for the party. With a full city of Lunsk Alucard Piotorev now has multiple sources of income. The Foresters guild, which Guildmaster now has been replaced by 044 and a small local tavern, not earning too much, and the stronghold as a possibility for new mercenaries and soldiers, longing to fight for a new lord.
